Hello and welcome to the Wellness Center at P&CS! We are excited to offer this section to our students. The term "wellness" seems to be a popular one these days. We hear about it being an important part of feeling healthy, happy, and balanced. This is certainly true. However, sometimes this sense of balance is hard to achieve, especially for our students, who must deal with stress and anxiety on a daily basis. The best (and most challenging!) part of wellness is that it's not only managing your stress for specific situations - it's a LIFESTYLE and requires a commitment to be healthy.

This section of our webpage is currently under some major construction. However, in the next year, we will be introducing an array of dynamic, interactive techniques to help you achieve your wellness goals, such as downloadable audio and video clips on relaxation and stress management!

In the meantime, please check out our Stress Management Clinic, which offers a number of groups, workshops, and forums dedicated to reducing stress and anxiety, and providing students with healthy ways of coping. And don't forget about our Online Mental Health Assessment, which is available on every single page of our website.
