National Foundation for Depressive Illness.  A general website with resources of all types related to depression.   

Depression Central.  Provided by Ivan Goldberg, M.D., this site is Internet's central clearinghouse for information on all types of depressive and other mood disorders.

The Samaritans.  A charity, founded in 1953, which exists to provide confidential emotional support to any person, who is suicidal or despairing; and to increase public awareness of issues around suicide and depression.

The Suicide Prevention Center.  The SPC is an integral part of Didi Hirsch Community Mental Health Center, a Los Angeles area-based non-profit community specializing in suicide prevention. 

Suicide Prevention.  A website by University of Pennsylvania's Counseling and Psychological Services with information about suicide prevention.

Health Tips of the Week.  Depression is an Illness That Deserves Treatment - a web page authored by a psychiatrist at UC Davis Medical Center.

Fact Sheets.  Information on a variety of psychological topics including depression.  Website is authored by University of Cincinnati Psychological Services Center.

About.com Depression.  This website has links to information and resources for all types of depressive disorders.

How Psychotherapy Helps People Recover From Depression.  Provided via the American Psychological Association's website. 

Psych Central.  Regularly maintained by Dr. John Grohol , this site is an annotated guide to the most useful Websites, newsgroups, and mailing lists online today in mental health, psychology, social work, and psychiatry.  

Depression and Bipolar Alliance.  A website for support, information and resources for depression and bipolar disorders

Go Ask Alice - Blues and Depression.  Provided via Columbia University, this website provides information and resources for all types of depressive disorders .

Marijuana  Anonymous.  A twelve-step recovery program for marijuana addiction. 

Cocaine Anonymous.  A twelve-step recovery program for cocaine addiction.

Ecstasy (MDMA or "E") drug information.  A website provided by the National Institute on Drug Abuse outlines some basic information about this drug often abused by college students

Something Fishy.  This website is dedicated to raising awareness and emphasizing that Eating Disorders are NOT about food and weight.     

Bulimia.comSpecializes in information about eating disorders including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge eating, plus related topics such as body image and obesity.    

Anorexia Nervosa and related eating disorders.  Information about anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and other less-well-known food and weight disorders.  

Eating Disorders - Mirror, Mirror.  This Canadian website provides the reader with definitions, signs and symptoms and physical/medical complications for anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder and compulsive eating.  

About.Com - Compulsive Overexercising.  This site incorporates information from the Women's National Health Information Center and provides information on how to determine if your exercise is healthy    

The Academy for Eating DisordersThis is a multidisciplinary professional organization focusing on Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder and related disorders. 

SNAC - Student Nutrition (and Body Image) Action Committee.  This is a University of California, Los Angeles website created by professionals to help college students eat well, be active, and feel good about their bodies.    

CaringonlineFor those with negative body image or Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating and Compulsive Overeating.

The Food and Nutrition Information CenterInformation about food and human nutrition.     

Irritable Bowel Syndrome.  Information offered by the National Digestive Diseases Information Clearinghouse. Established in 1980, the clearinghouse provides information about digestive diseases.

Boston College Information Center.  Sponsored by the Boston College Eating Awareness Team, this helpful website focuses on Eating disorders and disordered eating.
